_ The 2022 Icy 8K/ Frosty 5k/ 1Mile Fun Run:
 

A Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix Event benefiting Toano Middle School PTSA Mini-Grant Program.

Finisher medals for participants in the 8k and 5k with a shirt for all events.

8K Run and Walk: Awards for top three overall men and women in the run, and awards for top three in age groups ( from 19-under, through 70-over) and top three men and women in walk division.

5k: Awards for top three overall men and women, and awards for top three men and women in age groups 14-under, 15-over.

Course: An all paved 8k course starting and finishing at Toano Middle School, left on Richmond Road, left on Church Lane, turn around at Little Creek Road.  The 1 Mile Fun Run is a 2 lap loop on the Toano Middle School dedicated gravel running path.
