Welcome to the NON-MEMBER registration page for the MCRRC Capital for a Day! This page may also be used to sign up to volunteer - please see the "volunteer" tab to the left. ** Important ** MCRRC members do not need to pre-register using this website.  If you still need to sign up for your 2022 Member bib & chip, please click here. If you signed up for a personalized 2022 member bib, your bib & chip will be waiting for you at the race! MCRRC is excited to bring back youth running events in 2022.  Please know that our youth races will follow COVID protocols as required by state and local health authorities at the time of the event, but will otherwise look much like "regular kids’ runs."  This means you can generally expect groups of kids bunched up at the start, laughing, cheering, maybe a couple trips and falls, probably some parents jockeying for good camera angles, and maybe a treat at the end.  With COVID still circulating in the community, we understand not everyone will be comfortable in this environment but hope to see those of you who are on race day! Please note that by participating in this event, parents & guardians accept full responsibility for their minor's participation.
