_ The 2023 Freakin Freezin 5K - St. George:

It may be Freakin' Freezin' out, but we're going to have a freakin' awesome morning.   It's been a long holiday season and, we know you are eager to get out of the house and enjoy the fresh air! It may be Freakin' Freezin' outside, but it will be fabulous to come and run with some family/friends; virtual option available!      We'll be starting at the Crosby Family Confluence Park and dashing the Virgin River Trail starting at 9:00 am.   *Awards to the Overalls, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Masters, and the 5-year Age Groups.  Event beneficiary is the the MS Center of Atlanta. **Virtual packages will be shipped automatically on 1/10/2023 (within the continental US only)

Swag guaranteed with registration until 12/23/22.  After this date, shirts will be available while supplies last.   Course & Timing There's not much that anyone can call flat & fast...but this one is really close!  We'll be starting at the Crosby Family Confluence Park and dashing the Virgin River Trail   It's not pancake flat, but it's pretty darn close! Click here for course map   Awards & Goodies We have awards in the following categories.  Awards ceremony will start at 10 AM.  If you are not able to stay for the Awards, you may request to have your medal shipped, just cover the S&H.

Still want to participate and have a shot at an award? or maybe you saw the shirt and said:  "Sweet...I want one!"  Then the virtual race is for you.  Run when & where you want, just submit your time by end of Race Day.  We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after event date! *Shipping available for continental US only.   Five Star Championship & Turkey Trot All participants will automatically qualify for (1) FREE entry into one of the 2023 Five Star Turkey Trots; see website for details. 
 
Top finishers will also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the Championships to be held January 2024. The number of spots available is based on the total registration...see event website for details   Event Courtesy & Refund Policy Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds. All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case. Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag. No COVID-19 Refunds.  If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided.  The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
