2023 Payson Utah Prayer Run...

_ The 2023 Payson Utah Prayer Run:

  The Payson Prayer Run is May 6th 2023 and is being held by the Payson Interfaith Council and is a call for prayer for the community of Payson. As we run this course, there will be different prayer focuses for our city to pray for along the route. It is a 13.1 mile circle around the city. You can run the entire 13.1, have a team of 2 to split the run, or team of 4 to tag at different stations.  The run will begin and end at the Hope Community Prayer Chapel.  There will be shuttles to get you to and from the different starting stations.   This is not a race. There is no pressure to compete, but would like for runners to pray along the course for our great community.   Registering online is $10.00 for 5k, $10.00 for the 10k and $10.00 for the Half Marathon run. Same day registration will be $15.00 for 5k, $15.00 for 10k and $15.00 for the Half Marathon run. Unused proceeds or any donations will go to the Helping Hands of Payson, which is used to help those struggling here in Payson as in utility bill assistance, assistance after a tragedy, etc...   Prayer Run details: Event starts at: May 6th 2023 at 6:30am Venue address: 160 S Main. Payson Ut 84651 Parking: Memorial Park, Parkview Elementary and at the Hope Baptist Church Parking lot.    Check in and same day registration will be at the Hope Community Prayer Chapel and will start promptly at 6:00am.   A prayer charge at 6:15 in the Prayer Chapel and the ringing of the chapel bell to start the run at 6:30.
