2023 Race Under the Roof ? - - . .

_The 2023 Race Under the Roof:

The race will be held at Marywood University's beautiful Athletic Center at 1501 University Ave., Dunmore, PA 18509.  The event will include a 10 minute swim, 25 minute bike and 20 minute run/walk on an indoor track.  Total distance in each discipline will be tallied for your final score. Individual & team format is available, as well as an Aqua/Bike and Bike/Run option.

Register by February 15th, 2023 to make sure you secure a Race T-Shirt.  We cannot guarantee a shirt for registrants after that date.

* If you are doing a Team Relay, the team leader will create a team, using their name.  Please email Brendan Wilson at [email protected] with any teammates names and shirt sizes.

**If you are doing the Aqua/Bike or Bike/Run Option, please email Brendan Wilson at [email protected] so it can be noted in our scoring.  You can also let registration know on race day. 

Age group awards (starting at 0-9 yrs., then 10-19, 20-29, 30-39 etc)for Male and Female categories. Additional award for top Relay, Aqua/Bike, Bike/Run and Overall Male and Female.
