_The 2023 Tunnel to Towers 5K Run/Walk Nelsonville:

Join us for our 2nd annual Tunnel to Towers 5k Run/Walk Nelsonville on April 30, 2023, at the Historical Public Square in Nelsonville, Ohio to honor all fallen first responders and military. Tunnel to Towers foundation honors the sacrifice of New York City Firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001.  The foundation also honors the first responders and military who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.  Tunnel to Towers builds mortgage-free smart homes for the most catastrophically injured veterans and first responders, provide mortgage-free homes to families of fallen first responders, and provide mortgage-free homes to military widows with small children. This event is for all ages. Rain or Shine

course Info: This course starts and finishes at the Historical Public Square in Nelsonville, Ohio.  Course runs through the streets of Nelsonville, along some brick roads.  Course is flat ground and does not contain any hills.  First responders will start the race and everyone will follow.  All runners are required to wear provided bib.  First responders are encouraged to run/walk in gear
