Triathlon Schedule:
-Frist heat begins at 10am - check-in 30 minutes prior
-Swim 20 minutes in 25 yeard pool
-Bike 20 minutes on spinning bikes in the gym
-Run 20 minutes on the indoor track
Timers will track your race and additional hears will be added if needed.
Age groups: 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
