- Learn about the various Multisport distances and disciplines -there truly is something for everyone!
- Discover how to network with other athletes - find friends and training partners.
- Find out how to learn about and register for upcoming races
- Discover how much training you need to do - it is likely less than you think, and no one is too out of shape to start Tri-ing!
- Get the scoop on what minimum equipment you need to get started
- Learn about the different types of bikes and how any bike can be used to get started

This clinic will be led by:
- Coach Lauren Jensen McGinnis, PT - Owner of Tri Faster Coaching and finisher of over 500 triathlons and endurance events.
- Brent Emery - Owner of Emery's Cycling, Triathlon & Fitness and Olympic Cyclist.
