The ETT program is designed to provide an organized training plan for all levels of athletes. Our plan for you includes instruction in swimming, cycling, and running technique. Training includes speed, hill & endurance workouts; turbo training, bricks, stretching & seminars. BOCA Hawaii will help prepare you to meet the challenges you set for yourself, as well as help you train smart and safely.
