Help us give Hagerstown Hope! Rock the Run 5K is a race for people of all levels. From competitive runners to friends wanting to walk for a good cause, our event is for you. We have a fun theme of Pirates vs. Princesses, and all proceeds support The Hope Center at Hagerstown Rescue Mission.

We are proud to say that we've teamed up with Racine MultiSports to professionally chip time the race.
Results will be available immediately as you finish the race. We will provide you with a URL (one week out from the race) that you can share with your friends and family so they can review results live using a smart phone or web device.

Rock the Run 5K takes each participant through some of the prettiest parts of Hagerstown. Starting at Fairgrounds Park, the course hugs beautiful Pangborn Park, meanders through beautifully tree-lined streets in the North End and continues down historic Potomac Street where gorgeous homes and churches overlook the course.
