_ The 2024 BRRC Spring Half Marathon Training Group:

Come join our RRCA certified coaches as we launch our Spring Half Marathon Training Program, with the goal race of the Frederick Half Marathon on May 5, 2024. Whether you plan to do this race or have other running goals this Spring, join us for a FREE organized series of speedwork and longer runs. We do hope you will become a member of the BRRC, but all are welcome. Note that registration for the Frederick Half Marathon is NOT included, and you are encouraged to sign up if you plan this as a goal race.

As an added bonus, the training group will continue with a bridge training plan to keep you race ready for the Baltimore 10 Miler on June 1, 2024. That’s like getting two training plans for the price of none!
