Please join us for our 3rd Annual "The Cure Happens Here" 5K, hosted right here on our amazing Gaithersburg campus by the Gaithersburg Oncology teams and the GBSHE Health & Wellbeing Program. 

As with previous years, we are thrilled to bring people together and celebrate the amazing work we do to transform the future of healthcare by unlocking the power of what science can do, for people, society and planet.

We're also encouraging everyone to consider making a donation to this year's selected non-profit partner - the CLL Society. Dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of the Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) community, the CLL society's goal is to provide real, recent and relevant information and to be the “go to place” for CLL patients and caregivers. Should you choose to make a donation, please do so through this link so that your donation is eligible for matching by AstraZeneca's "Power of Us" employee giving program.

This campus-wide event will begin at 1:30 PM with opening remarks from Oncology Leadership and GBSHE Health and Wellbeing Leadership followed by a happy hour from 3:00 - 5:00 PM.
Not interested in running? That's OK! When you register, you have the option of participating in the 1-mile walk. You can also sign up as a volunteer by clicking here or by clicking "VOLUNTEER" in the menu across the top of this page. You can even just show up and cheer on your colleagues! All are welcome.
