The course starts at 1201 S Mountain View Blvd at the Mountain View Park in Woods Cross, Utah. IMPORTANT INFO. While on Legacy Trail, when you get to the tunnel that goes under Legacy Highway, continue under the highway. This area is a trail intersection, you can go 3 ways so go under the highway. We will have signs and spray chalk pointing the way. I hope to have a volunteer stationed there as well, if we have enough people to place there. At the 2nd aid station, you will need to make a right turn. There will be signs and people to help you but please remember 2nd aid station, turn right, do not go straight. Continue to mile 6.55 and turn around. When you come out of the tunnel under Legacy Highway, on your way back, keep right at the trail intersection. Just remember to reverse what you did running out. See maps on our Facebook Page. March Madness Half a Marathon and 5K. If it is snowing, remember to use good judgment and know your abilities. If you need to shorten the distance, please do. 5K runners run to mile 1.55 and turnaround, 10 runners run to mile 3.1 and turn around.

Aid stations at mile 1.66, 4,  6.55 9.64, and 11.78. We will have Gatorade and water at miles 1.33, 4 9.64 and 11.78. Mile 3.48 and mile 9.64, will have gels. We will have water at mile 6.55. There will be porta potties at the aid stations, except at mile 6.55. 5K will not have an aid station. 10K will only have one aid stations. Mile 1.66 but you will pass it twice. Once going out and once coming back.

All race distances will start promptly at 9:00 am. 5K and 10K courses are the same as Half but turns around at mile 1.55 for 5K and mile 3.1 for 10K on Legacy Trail. You may go down in distance but you can't go up. There will be pizza, water, and other food at the finish line. Pizza will arrive about 10:00 If you were in the 5K or 10K and want to wait, you will be allowed to have pizza.

IMPORTANT. As stated above, race will start at 9:00 am. It will be a chip start. We will only leave the chip start open for about 3 minutes after the last runner starts. So if you arrive at late and run, the chip start will be closed and your time will default to a gun start and you will already have about 20 minutes added to your time. We do this so we can do awards quicker. If we leave the chip start open for 30 minutes, you have to wait 30 minutes after you finish, for your time to be final. To avoid all that, just be on time. Your time doesn't start, until you cross the start line except for runners competing for cash.

Thank you for your support. We have tried to keep this race at a reasonable price and still make enough money for the food pantry. See you at the races!
