2022 RACE for FACE of Pitt County...

_ The 2022 RACE for FACE of Pitt County:

RACE for FACE of Pitt County is a 5 K race at Boyd Lee. By participating in this 5K, you will be helping FAMILIES,  STUDENTS, EDUCATORS, COMMUNITY outreach, and LOCAL businesses. FACE of Pitt County provides free tutoring services for students all age and grades, provides educational classes for Families so they can engage and support their children, provides financial support for families, students, and educators, provides opportunities for families, students, educators, and the community the collaborate to promote success in schools and at home. Participating in this 5k provides an opportunity for you to support financially grants and scholarships for our students in Pitt County.

Registration entry fee is 30.00 if registered by December 15th. The registration fee increases to 40.00 after December 15th. Team registration for middle school and high schools is 5 runners for 100.00.

Medals will be given for top 3 runners for male/female for each age group. Top 3 runners overall for male/female will be given. Team place trophy/plaque will be given for middle school and high school if we have enough teams participating. 

Various gift cards and drawings will be given away through drawings with a number given with the race packet.

T-shirts will be available for participants for an added 10.00 cost on race day, and 15.00 for others. 

This is a certified 5k course used by the Boys Conference Champions (DH Conley) 5 years in a row! The course is 3.1 miles. It is a flat course that includes running through grass, around baseball fields, and a wooded trail through the woods.
