Program Start: January 1st, 2022 will be a demo day. We will do a meet and greet, enjoy a run, and answer any questions you might have.
*Program will officially begin Tuesday, January 4th @ 6pm
Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6pm and Saturdays @ 7:30am
Goal Race: Battle of Mobile Bay 5K
Program Fee: $75 Early Bird pricing until 11/30, $100 regular price
Description: Fleet Feet Mobile is hosting a 5K training program beginning January 4th! This 7 week program will take you to your goal of running (or walking) a 5K. Whether it is your first race, or you are working toward improving your form, endurance or pace, we are here to coach you through it!
The group will meet 2x/week on Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am, with coach-led sessions, and offers a full training program to follow for the duration of the 6 weeks. We will have nutritional advice, and expert advice for proper shoe fit, running form and cross training/recovery.
