St. Patrick's  day celebrations are perfect opportunities to dress up like a crazy Leprechaun and hit the streets running. Come celebrate St. Patrick's Day  with the 3rd annual Leprechaun Chase and Leprechaun Leap on Saturday, March 19, 2022. This event includes a 5 mile run and 1 mile run/walk. Participants are encouraged to dress for the occasion in green or a favorite Irish costume.  The course is a flat, fast race through the beautiful parks and neighborhoods of Nappanee.  This is a fundraising event hosted by Ruhe Road Runners with proceeds benefiting Ignite Infinity, a 501(c)3 corporation dedicated to inspiring wellness through movement, connection and service. 

 AWARDS*

  • Top 3 male and female finishers of the 5 mile Leprechaun Chase 
  • NEW this year, awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age group for the 1 mile Leprechaun Leap
    • 8 and under
    • 9-10
    • 11-12
    • 13-14

This year's 5 mile Leprechaun Chase and Leap will be chip timed by Watt's My Time.
