2022 Cascade Goopy Gallop ~ Results

_ The 2022 Cascade Goopy Gallop:

• Are you ready to get out of the house?  Come test yourself in the 3nd annual Cross Country race at the Cadets Home Course.  All proceeds will benefit the High School and Middle School Cross Country programs. 
• Help us make our course standout.  All proceeds this year will be help us finish purchase materials to make our course look even better!
• Enter as an individual, or get  5-7 of your friends to make a team.  Teams of 5 or more will be scored as a cross country race.  Save 5 dollars if you are part of a team.
• 5K registrations $30.00  with a race shirt and custom bid.   Registration deadline for a shirt: February 18, 2022.
• New this year!  Friday night race!  Both races start at 6 pm.  Awards to  follow after both races. Top 3 Overall, and 1st place in each age group.
• Discounts available for Mill Creek employees.
• Not a runner, but still want to help?  Donation only options available.
