13th Center for Fitness and Health Indoor Triathlon ? - - . .

Our 13th Center for Fitness and Health Indoor Triathlon provides competitors the opportunity to test their training prior to the triathlon season starting.  All participants will swim 500 yards in our lap pool, ride 8 miles on our new Schwinn spin bikes, and run 2 miles on our indoor track.

Competitors will begin in 6 person heats, to be posted Sunday, March 6h after 12pm.  Competitors must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start to check in and get marked for the race.  Overall men’s and women’s winner will be awarded, as well as winners in each age group category.  

Additional Information & Event Schedule:
Our Indoor Triathlon will begin promptly at 8:00 am on March 13, 2022.  All participants should show up a minimum 25 minutes to their scheduled heat.  Locker rooms are available, and all participants will start by swimming in the lap pool.  A transition area is available in the pool area.  Participants can set up their shoes and apparel for the next event.  A full change of clothes is not required between the swim and bike portions.   We will operate on a continous running clock throughout the event!
