_The 2022 Candace’s Cause 5K:

Come join us for the inaugural Candace’s Cause 5K. The Run/Walk starts and finishes in beautiful Freeman Lake Park. Stopping DIPG one step at a time!! 

Packet Pickup

Early Packet Pickup will be held Friday, April 8, 2022 from 5 to 7pm at Freeman Lake Park. Race day packet pickup will begin at 8am at the lake.


Race Information

The run will begin at 9am EDT at Freeman Lake Park. 


Parking

Parking will be right next to our start/finish line near the Lion's Club Pavillion.  

Registration

Online registration will remain open until the 9am start time of the event. Registering on your phone is quick and easy. Cash registrations will also be taken on race day. 


Awards

Top Two Male & Female finishers will receive special awards.


Water Stops & Aid Station

We will offer a water/ hydration station about 1.5 miles into the loop.
