oin us for the 40th annual Spring Dash!
5 Miles for a great cause. We have missed running with you in person downtown Coeur d'Alene these past two years, but we are planning to be back in 2022, just in time for our 40th Birthday Party! While we are planning to be running (or walking) together again, the virtual option has allowed us to invite friends from anywhere to join us!  Since 1982, Spring Dash has been the kickoff to the running season. Over the years, the event has been a fun run, a second-seeding qualifier for Bloomsday, a family "tot trot" and a great community event. So, sign up, invite your friends, and post your photos!

Packet pickup is Friday, April 22, 10am-6pm at Fleet Feet in Coeur d'Alene. Packets will also be able to be picked up the morning of the race, 8-9am. Registrants not participating locally can arrange pack shipping at that time. What is a virtual race?
You may complete the Spring Dash 5 mile course or another 5 mile course anywhere. For example, it can be on your favorite running route, trail or track, or even your treadmill. Once you have completed your course simply come back to the "Results" tab on this site and click the submit results button to enter your time to be included in the event results. You may also indicate you completed the event without submitting a time. Be sure to go to the "Participant Tracking" tab on this site and download the free RaceJoy live tracking app! It has the official course route and many interactive  features to enhance your experience. Race bib and event shirt pick-up instructions will be posted on the race website listed on this page. NOTE: virtual participants are not eligible for awards or Bloomsday qualification.
