_The 2022 Steps for Sleep:
My Very Own Bed is hosting its second-annual Steps for Sleep – a walk and wellness fundraising event that promotes the connection between physical activity and sleep while taking steps to raise awareness about and funds for our work delivering new beds and Dream Kits to kids throughout the Twin Cities metro. Join us at 9:30 a.m. on April 30th at DeLaSalle High School for a beautiful 1.5 mile walk around Boom Island. Or walk an equivalent distance – roughly 3,000 steps – from anywhere, anytime the last week of April.
