The EPIC5 Ultra Run covers a total of 250 kilometers in five consecutive days while running a 50-kilometer course on each of Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Maui, and the Big Island. The courses consist of road, trails and beach, and are carefully constructed to ensure athletes experience the best of Hawaii’s natural beauty, rich culture and intriguing history.
