Roanoke's cycling, running, and swim experts are teaming up to help you train for the Smith Mountain Lake Triathlon. Whether this is your first triathlon, or you have done some before, group coaching and the community it creates can help you achieve your goals.

- Wednesday 6:00pm: Group Run and Info Sessions
- Thursday 6:30am: Swim and Stroke instruction at Gator Aquatic Center
- Saturday 9:00am: Group Bike Ride and Run
