5K Start: 9:15AM
Location: Lower Millyard, Amesbury MA
Packet Pickup Party: Saturday April 20th at 2-5PM. Location TBD.
       *Yes you can pick up for your friends.
       **If you are not pre-registered by Saturday at Noon you will not be able to pick up your race materials until race morning.

Race Day Registration and Pickup (Sunday): Starting at 7:30AM - 9AM at Race Site.

Description: The Inaugural Enjoy Your Life Happy Half Marathon and Friendly 5k is the most fun and exciting race event in the area! The course is AMAZING! Enjoy strides and smiles on our scenic and rolling course that starts in historic Amesbury, MA and takes you out on quiet back roads throughout picturesque New England farm country into Southern New Hampshire.
Timing: We will have chip timing by Bay State Race Services.

The Announcer: We are OVERJOYED to have Michael Bernier on the microphone! Michael is considered the country's best race announcer... and we agree! Go ahead and follow @enjoymichaelbernier

Half Marathon Course Time Cap: 3.5 hour time cap beginning at 9AM 
Half Course Details: (Water Stations and Bathrooms): The course will offer an Aid Station approximately every 2 miles or so. Aid stations will have either Gatorade or Water, sometimes both.  Water station #6, will have GU, petroleum jelly, and bathrooms. 
Parking: There is ample parking in the downtown Amesbury area including parking lots just steps from the start line on Water St. as well as the Bartley Machine lot. In addition, the roads off of Elm St around Oakland St are close to the start and finish area and have may options. We encourage everyone to turn off Elm St and find areas near Oakland St.

Top 3 Overall M/F 
Top 3 M/F in each age group: Under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79,80+
Top 3 Strollers

*The top 3 overall male and female awards in the Half Marathon and 5K will be announced at 10:30AM by the awards table. There will not be any additional official ceremonies, all age group and other awards can be picked up at the awards table at any time.* 
Participant Swag: Each half marathon competitor will receive a high-quality Enjoy Your Life Brand windbreaker jacket and 5K'rs will receive an ultra-comfortable Enjoy Your Life Tech shirt. Weather: Races are held in rain, snow or shine unless we determine that race conditions are dangerous. This will be based on a prudent decision made on race weekend. If the race needs to be cancelled there will be no refunds, but we will do our best to establish a postponement date. That being said, if a postponement date cannot be reached with all involved parties, each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid including other amenities paid for such as t-shirts, insurance, and online administrative fees. All fees collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. 
Race Refunds/Deferments: We understand life happens and things may come up. We’ve implemented a FREE deferral and transfer policy up to April 1st. Refunds/deferrals after April 1st (without insurance), will incur a $15 fee for administration purposes.
