_ The2024 Antelope Island Duathlon:
Run Bike Run on Antelope Island State Park. This is home to over 600 head of Bison(American Buffalo), Deer, Coyote, Big Horn Sheep. This is on the largest island on the Great Salt Lake. Also a run only course for a 5K, 10K and Half Marathon.

The bike is 100% on the island. The island has rolling hills and great scenery. The run is all on the causeway which is a 7 mile road that gets you on the island from mainland.
