2024 Try a Tri at the Bangor Y Indoor Triathlon ? . .

Sign up today for the Bangor Region YMCA's Try a Tri at the Bangor Y Indoor Triathlon! Event will be held at The Bangor Region YMCA (17 Second Street, Bangor ME) and will begin at 7:00am. Each participant will have a 15-minute swim in the Aloupis Pool (25-yard pool), a 25-minute bike in the Cycle Studio, and a 20-minute run/jog/walk on a treadmill, all totaling 60 minutes. Scores will be by distance covered in the allotted time. Must register by March 17th to be guaranteed a Finisher Shirt!

For ages 14 years & older.

Start with a 15-minute swim in the Aloupis Pool (25-yard pool),
Followed by a 25-minute bike in the Cycle Studio,
Finish with a 20-minute run/jog/walk on a treadmill, all totaling 60 minutes.
