Calvert County's Health Department Presents The 7th Annual Shatter the Stigma 5K run/walk!
EVENT IS FREE. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. (registration closes May 10, 2024) In order to get a t-shirt in your size, guarenteed, you must register by April 1, 2024. Those that register by this date will also receive a meal ticket for a free food item!

Participants will run/walk 5K (3.1 miles) the Chesapeake Beach Railroad boardwalk to bring awareness to help shatter the stigma against substance use and mental health disorders. In addition to the race, there will be a "Be Kind to your Mind" health fair at Kellam’s Field with giveaways, games, local resources, food, and fun!
