Description:
MacColl YMCA's 2nd Annual Indoor Triathlon encourages everyone to "Tri a Tri". This event is open to everyone ages 18 and older and consists of a 10-minute indoor swim, 30-minute indoor bike, and a 20-minute indoor run.

10 minute swim in our heated 25 yard pool,
30 minute bike on indoor stationary keisser bikes,
20 minute run in our wellness center on Matrix treadmills.
