 _ 2026 Tri-owa Indoor Triathlon:

Tri-owa is a USAT-sanctioned event and will count as a USAT Nationals qualifying race for collegiate participants. The race has two categories: collegiate and age group. All participants will swim 500-meters, bike 8-miles on an indoor stationary bike, and finish the race with a 2-mile treadmill run. 

Athletes must be at least 14 years old to compete in this year's race. If the athlete is under the race age of 18, there will be a form for guardians to fill out at the race, and the guardian must be present for the race. In addition, a minimum height of 5 foot 2 inches tall is strongly recommended in order to fit properly on the spin bikes. Athletes shorter than this recommended height may still compete but may need to stand for part or all of the duration of the cycling leg.

The top male and female athletes in each category will receive awards. Finishing order will be based on the total time to complete each leg. Age group categories are as follows: 18 and under, 19-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55+

10 minute pool swim, 10 minute stationary bike ride, 10 minute treadmill run
Transitions in between each event will last 10 minutes or until the last member of each wave is ready to start the next event.
