3K Rise Up & Praise — Race Description
The 3K Rise Up & Praise is a community-inspired run designed to bring people together through movement, faith, and fellowship. This uplifting 3-kilometer run invites participants of all ages and fitness levels to walk, jog, or run as we celebrate health, gratitude, and God’s goodness. This event is more than just a run — it’s a chance to move your body, strengthen your spirit, and come together as a community with faith at the center.Event details and schedule
The race begins at 8:00 AM with a spirit of unity and encouragement. As participants cross the finish line, the event flows into 30 minutes of praise, prayer, and worship, creating a powerful moment to honor God, uplift our community, and start the day with purpose. Following the morning worship, runners and attendees are welcomed to stay for our Health & Wellness Fair from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, featuring local vendors, fitness demos, wellness resources, and family-friendly activities.
