Description:
Individuals will cover the distance for a sprint tiathlon all indoors.

Please arrive 15 min before your start time for a warmup, lane selection, bike selection,etc
course Info:
Participants will use the Indoor pool for the 500yds, then proceed to the Wellness area for the 12 mile bike ride, finally they will run the 3 miles or 24 laps on the track in the Welness area as well.
