So shake off the sleepiness, warm up those legs, and get ready to kickstart your day with a course that’s sure to energize. Cold crisp mornings are a regular thing…come by Rock Creek to watch a beautiful sunrise and enjoy a Flat & Fast 5K/10K We'll have Finisher Medals, a Long Sleeve Shirt, and great awards for the Top 3 Overall M/F, Top 3 Overall Masters M/F, Top 3 Overall Grand Master M/F, Top 3 Overall Senior Master M/F, and the Top 3 in the 5 year age groups (10 & under - 75+).
